By downloading, installing, or using the Bug Report Recorder application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Bug Report Recorder is a tool designed to assist software testers and developers in documenting technical bugs via screen recording, voice narration, and automated metadata extraction. The service is provided "as is."

3. License To Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any compatible device that you own or control, for your internal professional or personal use.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you record using the App. You must ensure that you have the necessary permissions to record the software, interfaces, and data involved in your bug reports. We are not responsible for any accidental disclosure of sensitive information contained in your recordings.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE TRANSCRIPTIONS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUG REPORT RECORDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
